Data Protection and Privacy
Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) and its academies — including our school — use personal data. BPET complies with this right by providing Privacy Notices to individuals where we are processing their personal information.
BPET is the Data Controller for the purposes of data protection law and therefore determines the purposes for which personal data is processed. Whiteknights Primary School and authorised third parties (such as Arbor) process and use data on behalf of the Trust and are therefore Data Processors.
